Services
LEOSA Annual Qualification
We offer qualified retired/separated Law Enforcement Officers residing in California the ability to quickly and easily qualify for their LEOSA/HR-218 annual firearms qualification requirements.
Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act (LEOSA) of 2004 and Improvements Act of 2010 (18 U.S.C. Chapter 44, 926(b) and (c)) for qualified retired/separated law enforcement officers to carry a concealed firearm in the 50 states and U.S. territories.
We utilize California P.O.S.T, BSIS and NRA Certified Instructors. The standard qualification shoot is with the P.O.S.T PC 832, peace officers firearms qualification course. Our instructors can qualify honorable retired/separated LEOSA officers using their agency’s qualification course.
Upon successful completion, the retired officers will be issued a Weapons Qualification Card as evidence of their annual qualification under 18 U.S.C. 926. When accompanied by a valid LEOSA ID, this will provide the necessary documentation that you have qualified within the last 12 months.
Other requirements: The shooter shall be required to safely load, unload their handgun during live fire.
Cost $30.00, plus range fee. Course time 1.5 hours.
This course is specially designed for the client such as schools, colleges, hospitals, clinics, residential or business property and others.
Items covered in the course are tactical medical care, threat assessments, physical security design, team building, armed response, policy and procedure development and more. All our instructor are professionals with vast knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist the institution in obtaining their objectives.

Handgun Courses
Initial and Advance Handgun Courses:
Objectives:
Learn, adapt, overcome, win, build a warrior mindset and have fun.
This initial course introduces the shooter to safe and effective handgun operations and movement. The course covers the fundamentals of shooting and accuracy.
Also these courses are a good to assist in passing the Carry Concealed Weapons (CCW) preparation course in the future.
Items needed for the course include:
- Working handgun (semi-auto or revolver) loaner handguns are available upon request and clearance.
- Two or three magazines or speed loaders
- 100 rounds of ammunition
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Course duration 2.5 to 3.5 hours
- Cost 75.00 to115.00 plus range fee.
Bureau Security and Investigation Service
Armed Security Officer Expose Firearms Qualification Course.
As a certified firearms instructor with BSIS, I will be instructing on initial and renewal expose firearms qualifications courses with an authorized BSIS training facility.

Other Services Independent Firearms Instructor/Manager:
Range Master Firearms Instructor Services available for training providers, protective services, vocational training centers and others.
Provide firearms training and qualification for staff members and others as assigned.
Design and implement integrated training programs in collaboration with senior leaders.
Operates, demonstrates, and provides instruction on a variety of weapons including use of force options, shotguns, handguns and patrol rifles.
Manage all aspects of range operations including financial duties and resource allocation.
Incorporates new and advanced training aids into existing programs as appropriate.
Order range supplies and maintain inventory control and direct staff according.
Use a computer and applicable software to update and maintain records for staff qualifications, weapons maintenance and inventory.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and schedules regarding training, qualification, weapons maintenance and other information as necessary.
Attend courses and training seminars relating to weapons maintenance and firearms training as required as a resource.
